Hinchley Wood Pilates
Pilates is a tried-and-tested form of exercise designed to improve balance and flexibility as well as alleviate back pain and previous injuries. Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. Pilates is beneficial for all, regardless of your age or level of fitness.
Here at Hinchley Wood Pilates, we run a fully equipped pilates studio with private or semi-private classes run by qualified teachers.
Sara and Viviane have, between them, over 50 years experience in teaching Pilates and rehabilitation.
WHERE WE ARE
We are located at Hinchley Wood Practice, Woodside House, Station Approach, Esher KT10 0SR in Surrey, a short walk from the rail station, in the centre of Hinchley Wood. We have a private car park for our clients and further parking is available nearby.
PILATES APPARATUS
Our apparatus utilises spring loaded resistance, gravity and movement to assist / challenge the body to perform the exercises. Apparatus sessions are particularly helpful in rehabilitating injury and reaching specific training goals.
STUDIO CLASSES
Our studio apparatus pilates classes offer a high level of individual attention. All classes are by appointment only and can be booked for individual classes or semi private sessions with two clients sharing.
